Cancellation Policy
You can now cancel an order when it is in packed/shipped status, as long as the cancel option is available on Website/M-site. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made
You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (packed) it, by updating it under ‘change address’ option which is available under ‘My order’ section of Website/M-site
Tap on “My Orders” section under the main menu of your Website/M-site and then select the item or order you want to cancel
If you had selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded because you haven’t paid for your order. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive refund into the source account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation. If payment was made by digital wallet balance, then refund will be instant post order cancellation, which can be later transferred into your bank account, by contacting digital wallet customer support team.
Return Policy
Most items purchased from q2fashion.com under Q2 Fashion are returnable within the return window, except those that are explicitly identified as not returnable such as customized Merch, made to order, print on demand, Bulk order, B2B etc.
For the products that are returned by the customer, the refund is issued to the original payment method (in case of pre-paid transactions) or to the bank account / as Q2 Fashion CREDIT balance (in case of Pay on Delivery orders), the details for making such refund and the timelines are detailed in the refund policy available here.
General Returns Policy
1. Products are returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing items, is defective or different from their description on the product detail page on q2fashion.com.
2. Return will be processed only if:
○ it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
○ the product is not different from what was shipped to you;
○ the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag and all the accessories therein).
3. Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer’s remorse such as incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.
4. Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned.
5. Additional information is not required to return an eligible order unless otherwise noted in the category specific policy.
6. Products may be eligible for replacement only if the same seller has the exact same item in stock.
7. If the replacement request is placed and the seller does not have the exact same product in stock, we will provide a refund.
8. Products purchased by international customers are not eligible for returns/refunds.

Note: If you’ve received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 7 days from the delivery of the product.

Non-Returnable Items like any customized Merch or product are non-returnable. However, in the unlikely event of a damaged, defective or different item delivered to you, we will provide refund or replacement if available.

Refunds Policy
Post the return your refund will be initiated within 48 hours after the product has been picked up and passed through quality inspection.
For Prepaid orders refund can either be processed in the wallet instantaneously or will be processed to the same account from which the payment made within 7 – 10 working days.
For cash on delivery orders refund can either be processed in the wallet instantaneously or will be processed through NEFT to the bank account given by you within 3-5 working days.
